Coworking at As We Dwell will help increase inspiration, productivity, flexibility, and sustainability for each person that commits to a Dwellership. We are in the business of community building, and each person plays an active and pivotal role in making our coworking space sustainable and valuable. As a community, we will not just simply be a network or work space that has people working under the same roof. We will be a community that consistently works on improving the experience. We will encourage active participation, communicate specific responsibilities, and build authentic relationships. We want every Dweller to feel they are part of a coworking movement that is alive and purposeful. As Dwellers work in a shared environment and forge trust, it will allow for deep and meaningful relationships to be formed on a professional and personal level.
