PAINTING FOR JUSTICE

Opening Reception: Friday, May 18, 2018, 6pm-9pm

Painting for Justice is a group exhibition featuring oil painting portraits created during three painting workshops at As We Dwell, inspired by images of children benefiting from Justice Rising’s ongoing mission to bring education opportunities to children living in war-affected areas.

Featuring paintings by B. Chase, Chloé Nelson, Craig Nelson, Julie Grist, Julio Panisello, Lois Keller, Mary Worthington, Sarah Jung

50% of painting sales will go to fund Justice Rising’s projects.

Justice Rising builds peace in war-affected communities by providing quality education to children at risk. They build schools, train teacher leaders, and develop community programs towards the goal of promoting peace and mitigating future conflict. www.justicerising.org
