The Ampersand Dinner:

Each of us has a hobby, a family, and a story to tell. Our jobs don't define us. Ampersand Dinners and events are uniquely created to allow folks to participate in meaningful conversation over a shared meal without revealing their profession. It is not until the end of the meal that you get to reveal what your job is.

We want to connect people through conversation and food, because we believe that the table is where the best networking takes place.

We ask that each time you come to an event, you bring one other person. This will help our network grow and keep our dinners unique.

If this is your first time at one of these dinners, then don’t worry about inviting someone, just bring yourself...and a few business cards.

Please be willing to participate in vulnerable conversation and come without judgement. It’s hard to let down barriers, but this is a safe space to do so. You will be greeted by our Amperstand staff who will give your directions upon your arrival
